Changes:

  • Restored Outcast rebalance patch
  • Level up stat choices now work off permanent av instead of modified

  • Turn off Stewie tweak regarding combat xp, and rebalance vanilla values
  • Moved New Vegas Bounties dead bounty hunter body back to its original location.
  • Renamed Screenshot names.
  • Sprinting now consumes food and sleep in addition to water.
  • Nerfed View to a Kill xp gains. Now grants regular kill xp * perception * 0.1.
